Anna Schäfers
Anna Schäfers ist Kuratorin Text und Sprache beim Projekt „Das Kollaborative Museum“ beim Ethnologischen Museum und dem Museum für Asiatische Kunst, Staatliche Museen zu Berlin und verantwortet gemeinsam mit Katharina Erben als Redakteurin und Moderatorin den Podcast des Projekts, „Gegen die Gewohnheit“. Sie ist seit 2017 verantwortlich für Redaktion, Übersetzung und Produktion aller Texte der beiden Museen im Humboldt Forum. Bei Archimedes Exhibitions hat sie zuvor Konzepte für Wissenschaftsausstellungen und Exponate entwickelt und Inhalte für diese erstellt. Sie studierte Allgemeine und Vergleichende Literaturwissenschaft, Anglistik und Germanistik in Bonn, Montpellier und Berlin.
Anna Schäfers is Curator Text and Language with the project “The Collaborative Museum” at the Ethnologisches Museum and the Museum für Asiatische Kunst, Staatliche Museen zu Berlin. Together with Katharina Erben, she develops and co-hosts the projects podcast “Gegen die Gewohnheit” (Going against the grain). Since 2017, Anna has been responsible for editing, translating and producing both museums’ exhibition texts in the Humboldt Forum. Before that she developed science exhibitions and exhibits for Archimedes Exhibitions and also created their content. She studied Comparative Literature, English and German Literature in Bonn, Montpellier, and Berlin.
