Das Museum ist schon da – wie wir Räume neu erzählen

Museen stehen vor der Herausforderung, ihre Rolle als gesellschaftliche Akteure neu zu definieren. Im Workshop entwickeln wir gemeinsam Ideen, wie dies gelingen kann. Wir laden dazu ein, vorhandene Räume als Potenzial zu begreifen und zu erproben, wie Museen sich als «Dritte Orte» positionieren können – ohne Neubauten. Ausgangspunkt ist das Projekt CAMPO Winterthur der Stiftung für Kunst, Kultur und Geschichte (SKKG).

Museums are facing the challenge of redefining their role as social actors. In this workshop, we will work together to develop ideas on how this transformation can take place. We invite you to view existing spaces as opportunities and explore how museums can position themselves as “third places” — without constructing new buildings. The starting point is the CAMPO Winterthur project by the Foundation for Art, Culture and History (SKKG).
